Guest Relations Officer
Trainers, speakers and contact persons for meetings are met by our Guest Relations Officer. She answers any questions, makes sure our guests can find their way around the hotel and solves any problems. She is available throughout the entire meeting and she is the point of contact for you.
Information board
Your meeting is announced on the information board in the hotel foyer (next to the reception). You can select the text for this announcement.
Secretariat service and secretarial support
- If you so wish, our hotel staff can take care of your outgoing faxes. We charge € 1,80 for the first page and € 0,65 per page thereafter (for faxes inside the Netherlands ).
- We charge € 0,25 per fax for incoming faxes.
- Copies cost € 0,25 per page.
- Overhead sheets cost € 0,65 each.
- We can provide secretarial assistance for € 55,00 per hour.
Hosting service
If desired, we can provide hosts and hostesses to, for example, meet your guests, provide a cloakroom service or register participants.
Entertainment
In consultation with you we can provide live music and entertainment in virtually any imaginable form; a professional classical concert in the hotel theatre, a pianist in the bar or a trio of singers on the patio; everything is possible.
Our reservation staff will help you organise the entertainment you desire.

Photographer
On request we can arrange for a professional photographer to be present.
Menus and name cards
We can provide menus at a cost of € 2,95 each. A logo or special text can naturally be printed on these. We can also provide name cards at a cost of € 1,90 each.
Telephone
On request we can provide a direct outside line in the meeting rooms. The number of units used will be charged at the hotel tariff and this will appear on your main invoice (€ 0,40 per unit).
